As we come upon a new season in weather, I am coming upon a new season in my life. When I was younger, I had this dream of becoming a writer. Books are where I would go, not necessarily to escape anything, but to realize a completely different would outside of my own. Books are still a passion of mine, as is traveling which is something I have been fortunate enough to do. This past year I spent a semester in Australia, and it completely changed my life. It was like stepping into one of the books I always like to read. I wasn’t acting like the “normal me.” I went to Australia and became a totally, completely different person. SO this endeavor of blog writing is me trying to find a mixture of the old me back in the Great South and the person I was in the Land Down Under. I don’t have a niche; I just have me.
